Residents of certain states have rights under state privacy laws with respect to personal information we collect. If you are a resident of such states, this section of the Privacy Policy contains disclosures required by law and explains rights that may be available to you.

- Other information about you that is linked to the personal information above.
Sensitive Personal Information:
Some of the categories of personal information listed above are considered sensitive personal information under certain state privacy laws. NOTICE: We may sell your sensitive personal data.

- Consumers; and
- Service providers.
Our Purposes for Processing Personal Information
We use and disclose the personal information we collect for our commercial and business purposes, as further described in the "Information Use" section of our Privacy Policy.

- The right to request that we delete your personal information.
- The right to opt out of (i) the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising; (ii) the sale(s) of personal information; or (iii) profiling for decisions that have significant effects.
- Choice regarding sensitive information:You may limit or opt out of our processing of "sensitive" personal information.

Verification Process
To honor your request, we require you to provide, at a minimum, your first and last name, email address, city, zip code, and telephone number. This information is used solely to verify your identity. If we cannot successfully verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill the request for your security.
Authorized Agent.
Depending on your state of residence, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf by providing them written permission to submit a request. If you designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we will require the agent to submit proof of your written authorization by email at privacyrights@financefare.com as well as your verification details, including your first and last name, email address, city, zip code, and telephone number. We may request additional information to verify the request.
